    1. Returns

    Return Period:
    You may return any item within 4 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is:

    • unused

    • in original condition

    • in original packaging

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Items without original packaging

    2. Refunds

    Processing:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Shipping Costs:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.

    3. How to Initiate a Return

    Please contact us at support@7A1CASA.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Include the RMA number inside the package.

    • Ship the item to the address provided during the authorization process.

    4. Exchanges

    For exchanges (e.g., different model or color), please submit a return request for the item and place a new order for the replacement.

    5. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

    We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
